shareThere will be no Mushu as this will lean in closer to the traditional mythology and I am very much happy about that. Mulan is one of my favorite Disney Animated films and the musical numbers will be the most delicate part of the story that I believe will greatly impact the acceptance of this film.
I heard there was supposed to be a phoenix in the movie.

Mulan getting help from some supernatural entity? Not sure how I should feel about that in the historical context of the mythology?
Won't change my anticipation for this film.
