When the end credits started and I knew the nightmare was over and I could finally go home.

Don't have one actually. The whole film was unsettling.

But I suppose if I had to pick one it would be the restaurant scene where they had dinner and she invited him home.

When the nocturnal animal hit the window. Unless, of course, I dreamt that scene. It could have come from the past century of cinema. Nice touch.
