I like revenge films, but does anyone think Michael Shannon's style of law enforcement appropriate?

If someone killed my family, I could give a f--- about your laws and sensibilities about justice. If I needed to, I would exact justice myself. And if I were in Edward's situation, I would take all the dying lawman help I could get.
