Just saw the trailer...

and quickly bought the audiobook; it's downloading as i write this post.
I may be wrong but in watching the trailer I got the same vibe (music, grey imagery) as with 28-days later, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I loved the audiobook. The narrator brought such atmosphere and I almost cried hearing the voiceover in the trailer. If the film is half as good as the book it will be wonderful. Enjoy your listening.

Thanks for the feedback, Chantico. Book is next on my listen list after i'm done with Wylie and Balmer's After World's Collide :)

I loved this book too- I just finished it and now I'm on to "The Devil You Know". I hope it gets better, it's kind of a let down after reading TGWATG.
FrankMtl- when you're done, let me know if After World's Collide is worth reading! Once you finish a great book, it is hard to find another one!

Hey Philipip,

Keep in mind that After world Collides follows When Worlds Collide; so that'll be 2 books for you to read :)
At times it was a bit of a slog but overall it sets the mood of doom and rebirth quite well, imo. Keep in mind these were written in the 30s so there's some politically incorrect terms used.
If you're a fan of post-apoc. books written in 50/60s then Earth Abides and Lucifer's Hammer are a must :)

Cheers.

Hi there! I haven't read this book yet (didnt even know it existed before I saw the trail for the movie), but I have a book suggestion for you! Apocalypticon by Clayton Smith is a fantastic book. It's one of my favorite zombie books and it was free on Amazon.
