Damn Those Were Some Fast Zombies!

Most zombies I have seen move rather slow. These fudgers must have been slamming Gatorade or found some good blow.

Since the remake of Dawn of the Dead, fast zombies have been the norm in films.

The zombies in World War Z (the novel) are shamblers; the ones in the film run so fast that the entire plot changes, very much for the worse.

28 days later had zombies that could run like Usain whilst The Walking Dead likes to chill like Romero's.
The video game Left for Dead has some nasty witch zombies that are so fast you have to be on the edge of your seat all the time.
