I liked this film, but I felt it never escaped being a 'TV-Movie'.
I compared this to '28 Days Later' - similar theme,similar budget - and while '28DL' felt like a cinema movie, 'Girl' seemed like TV.
I'm not sure this is the directors fault, although I do note he brought a lot of TV people with him, so maybe that's the answer.
A good attempt, but no 'cinema vision', just small screen.
I don't know. I liked it a lot more than the Resident Evil movies, it was better than World War Z.

Pretty much. This is more walking dead than 28 days later. You could tell it was a cheap British zombie flick that they tried to make look more professional and Hollywood than it actually was. Not the worst movie ever or anything, but I agree it felt like there was something holding it back from being great.
