So many people coming here and giving the movie bad reviews because it deals with gun control. And America just keeps getting dumber.

Sadly, yes. 2016 has made America a laughing stock to the rest of the world. A lot of credibility and respect has been lost. And the way many people speak about this film - which haven't even seen it - is a microcosm of the state of the country: angry, profane, ignorant, narrow-minded, combative, lazy.

Hey genius, people don't tend to spend their money with those who have an opposing political agenda. That should be obvious, even to those with a liberal education. So hell yeah, I'm going to sit here trash talk a stupid political movie and they won't get a dime of my money.
