I think it's cause it came up once in season one but she was straight the rest of the time with captain cold, so they just jump started with it now. and now it's starting to seem like a lot.

why would I care if a dude is getting laid every episode? I think it would be weird if it was during battle like Sara but as long as he not being there didn't cause anyone to get badly hurt or killed, I since won't care.
