Cause if not how the *beep* did he get onto it, Sure he can phase through *beep* but there's not way he can run underwater
It would look stupid, but there's no reason why he wouldn't be able to swim at super speeds, then phase through the hull before he even begins to need a breath.

he obviously time travelled.. back there. from when he took the flash back to the original timeline.. and after that point decided to go back in time and *beep* with history with the legion of doom.. for all we know he could have just time traveled back from when he just dropped the flash at his home.. to the sub

shareand it isn't fixed, cause when Barry changed the timeline to save his mother, reverse flash wasn't feeling the timeline changing since he wasn't using the speed force, so he will have the same issue as he did in season one of flash. if he time travels he shouldn't be able to do it much long like wise with his powers.
