Flash ends up creating two different time lines. The Reverse Flash shows in this show, on which timeline is he? I imagined this show would start would where it left off, sadly that did not happen.

flash doesnt create two timelines. he changes the course of his original timeline so that it no longer exists and is replaced by a new, different one. he changes that to go back to the original one but instead a third, different timeline is created now and the other two are gone

Any changes made by the Flash are already present in their future, hence John Diggle Jr appearing in season 1.

Because Reverse Flash time travels he could be from any point before he was erased by Eddie.
