Homage to the late Harold Ramis; Post credits scene

The film is worth seeing in a theater. It is very much an homage to the late Harold Ramis. I don't think they would have made it otherwise. The whole story revolves around his character from the 1984 film. Music cues from the original film are heard throughout it, and are nostalgic and welcome.

There is an interruption in the end credits for another scene. Then, after all the credits have rolled (and the theater is empty, as in Marvel films), two characters from Ghostbusters (1984) are sitting and talking. One character quotes himself from the 1984 film, which is quite endearing, given the rest of what he says and does before the theater goes dark. Don't leave the theater during the credits!

Yeah. I liked it too. I hear they may do a sequel that involves the other original Ghostbusters.
