I didn't care to see the last movie nor do I care to watch this one. I just hope that it does well for young kids. If the movie doesn't make Ghostbusters fun for a new generation, it will fall victim to the trend of most nostalgia projects.

Even though this is supposed to be a sequel, it looks more like a reboot. Like all reboots these days most are politically correct. Dark Fate suffers from the same formula. Men bad, women good, but minority women are even better. Its so obvious whats going on. I am surprised people cant see it.

It's simply too late. The series is best left dormant or solely restricted to an new animated series or something similar.

Movies that are counting on previous installments to get butts in the seat are showing tremendous weakness. Look at MIB international, Shaft, Lego Movie 2, Hellboy and Terminator Dark Fate. These are all this year, and studios will take note. Sequels are great if they're good, but they know the name alone isn't enough.
