Blu-Ray arrives October 18
Despite some question as to whether or not Café Society would be released on home video at all, it's coming to dvd and blu-ray shortly.

Amazon is taking preorders for the blu-ray/dvd combo right now at 50% off. I doubt it'll stay at $20 for long; I got mine in.
