Jesus Christ.
There are too many flaws to list to explain why this is a bad movie, but the one I have to mention is that the people making this movie don't know the appropriate time and mood to insert music into a film. In fact this movie would've been better without any music whatsoever - it still would've been pretty bad, but it would've been better. There is random rock music that plays whenever any scene transition happens.
Music playing during a scene transition, especially the type of music used in this movie, is more fitting for like... "Rowdy teens deciding to go on a fun road trip" and one goes "Woohooo!!" out the car window as they begin their journey and the music plays as they drive off and then fades to the next scene. Those types of movies are super cheesy, but my point is that these weird musical scene transitions aren't fitting for a sci-fi...psychological horror...kind of movie that otherwise has a dark scenery and mood. You do not insert ~15 sec of grungy rock music any time a scene transition or area transition occurs. Goodness gracious.
