Wtf, it said he had a cameo in the movie, but he wasn't in it. What's going on?

Maybe I need to draw out the long explanation and give a PC response for the situation, but "no" ... Gene Simmons & Paul Stanley's egos screwed Peter Criss out of a simple cameo. As far as I know, there was supposed to be an ending credits scene - but nope ... nothing.
Sorry, dude, but in this place and time, KISS is Gene and Paul. Peter Criss has trouble even understanding where he is some days.
