Nobody got cured at the end which is stupid. I hate movies like these.

He is the cure, he cured Brenda with his blood remember?

I think so, but I assume the whole point of the movie was to find a cure for everybody. Wicked was destroyed and Teresa was killed, who was for some reason the only person who could find a cure.

A surprise ending, no one was cured. Thomas has the right blood but they all absconded to an island and there's no way apparently to produce an antidote from his blood there. Unless they go back, but that's left open.
