I remember people talking about this before how she wouldn't wear a name tag with her name on it because she didn't want the customers to know her real name. I had forgotten about that. I'm not sure if she changes them in each episode but I noticed she has one on tonight that says Teresa.

Yeah she wears a new name every episode. It's kind of a long running gag. It is the first thing I look for each episode.
