Is this supposed to be set in St Louis? In the first episode Cheyenne's boyfriend said "Peace out St Louis!" Just wondering

Yes. I live in St. Louis and the local news did a story on it being set here.

Interesting, for a major city I recall seeing too many movies-TV shows set in St Louis. Besides "meet me in St Louis" movie from yesteryear, can anybody think of others shows with st louis as a backdrop?

The recently cancelled science fiction show Defiance took place in a post-apocalyptic St. Louis.

People still live in St. Louis? I thought they all moved to Denver considering I constantly see Missouri plates out here.

It's funny hearing them refer to the maple wood commons or the Richmond heights or the kirkwood store. Wonder why they don't reference the Blackjack store or the Normandy store or the Ferguson store. lol. If you live here, you understand.
