Please ignore the posters calling this a yawnfest or dull show. It has a good concept, interesting plot and has potential to be a huge hit. The only issue I have with this show is that it has the same timeslot as "How to get away with murder". I simply have to use DVR to watch either show at 10pm ET. I am happy to see Wesley Snipes doing something new for once.
Its a less intelligent Person Of Interest set in las vegas...

IMO POI is super dull, almost as dull as Ncis but NCIS still has the edge on the absolute fall asleep 5 mins in tv show.
shareIf you don't like Persons of interest, you'll hate this show, as the Player is a complete ripoff of Persons of Interest, and the writing and directing on persons of interest is 10x better than this show.
shareI agree. I thought it was a fun show with good action (not as good as Strike Back, of course), and it has good chemistry between the three core cast members. I already love Cassandra.

I hope you are joking and it's the koolaid talking. Poor action scenes???? We must be talking about different shows here. It has a James Bond and Mission Impossible feeling to it.
Uh no. The action was ok but executed poorly. Poorly lit, edited and Winchester constantly holding the gun like a gangsta was ridiculous. No former military person would do that.

shareI thoroughly enjoyed the pilot. It had all the elements I am a sucker for.....good looking lead,tragic hero out for revenge, snappy dialogue, a little mystery and intrigue,and really decent action shots...pretty kick a$$, actually.

Thought he was hilarious in the scene where he gets AK out of custody.
Also knew there would be a scene where he would beat down AK..lol
