The location manager and assistant directors successfully closed the entire 700 space parking garage at the Albuquerque Convention Center on the day of one of the biggest events in Albuquerque when hundreds of locals park at the parking garage to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and support a homeless shelter simultaenously. They couldn't have waited one day to film in the Convention Center and its garage? Where was the Albuquerque Film Office in all of this? This stupidity in upsetting the locals does not bode well for any success this unimaginatively titled film might have had.

Heaven forbid anyone should disrupt St. Patrick's Day. Maybe if people didn't glorify alcoholism (i.e. St. Patty's Day) there might not be such a homeless problem. Seems a little hypocritical to combine the two, but what do I know?

How do you support a homeless shelter by drinking and getting drunk? Its like, 'whooo brah, let's end the homeless problem, I'll take a shot to that!'

Personally, I say great that they interrupted st patties day. Just a big giant excuse for people to drink, get drunk and act stupid.
