Could this show be a bigger ripoff of POI?

I asked that after the first episode (advanced computer program predicts crimes about to happen, former special ops intelligence bad@ss with a dark past and a murdered ex lover has to save the day with the help of super hacker) but this weeks episode finally answered that by blatantly ripping off one of POI's best episodes. Let's see: people getting mysteriously murdered, seem to be connected, turns out the four of them came across a car accident and stole millions in drug money, now being gunned down by drug dealers they stole from.

Good. GOD!! On top of that, if you're going to plagiarize, at least do an as good if not better job than the source material. This was horrible from start to finish. Reese would wipe the floor with Kane.
I'd like to say it would be funny, but honestly it would probably be the equivalent of a linebacker kicking a chihuahua puppy.
I'm trying to be my usual articulate self, but I'm still in shock at this episode, and the stones the writers must have.
