Could be all acting choreography but even when he was stonebridge on strike back this guy is the most believable gun handler as an actor smooth and precise with the movements doesn't shake always looks down the sights, Makes the Strike back guys look great and NBC is benefiting

As someone above mentioned, he's using "Center Axis Reload" method for gun handling. It's not the same as the sideways gangster grip!
