Winchester would be a great James Bond!

I am going to miss the series "Strike Back" yet this new show has alot of potential.

Winchester is originally from Montana, so I don't think he'd be eligible.

Happiness must be earned.

He does do a really good British accent, but I do agree. Also, I'd rather see him play Jack Reacher when Tom Cruise has to leave the part.

FYI - Winchester's mother is English, and he has lived in England, where I suspect he picked up his "hybrid" accent. If you listen to him in interviews, such as the Strike Back "Behind the Scenes" pieces that air after every episode, is a perfect place to hear him switching back and forth between American and slight British accents. Also, while he lived in Britain, he studied at BAFTA.

So, I think Winchester is imminently "qualified" or "eligible" to play James Bond when Daniel Craig's contract is up.

For what it's worth, I think he'd be a brilliant Bond.

I would watch him as James Bond and/or Jack Reacher.
