During his fight with McCall, the pilot was shot. Then both he and McCall jump out of the plane. Shouldn't it have crashed? There was no mention of it later.

I wondered the same thing. Guess I'll assume it crashed in an unpopulated area of the desert rather than on a highway.

Fighting and talking during freefall is not possible. Fighting would be hard and unstrapping the guy's chute. Talking is definitely not possible.

It crashed and killed a bunch of people, mostly Boy Scouts.... But the hero got closure!

But keep in mind almost all of Nevada is desert, and it was flying away from a city.

Yes it should have crashed immediately, but this is TV, suspend disbelief.

No, not immediately, what with auto-pilot and all... LOL
