Both the Paddington films have been such a pleasant surprise.

I only just watched these and really liked both the first gets a 7 from me and number 2 and 8 defo best film from 2017 I have seen though still have many more films to watch.

It's true! Somehow the first avoided being as sickeningly sweet as it ought to have been, and the sequel had an eccentric humor that made it work.

In fact, "Paddington 2" may be my favorite prison film of all time!
