Why didn't the new trailer break records?

Tried to watch the trailer but it's just so awkward and cheesy.

I agree with a better trailer but Dakota Johnson seems to be pulling most of the weight again. She was the breakthrough in the first one and I think she'll do a fine job this time.
Not feeling Jamie but the other new characters look interesting.
I'll wait for it on HBO
