- i don't hear anything different in her voice

- maybe bc his wife was on set and they couldn't relax..idk...saw photos of her on set while they were filming honeymoon scenes...wouldn't surprise me if she was on set at the interior scenes as well

The wife is not to blame, Jamie and Dakota don't have chemistry simple as that!

If they were good enough actors, they could act and not let significant others get in the way. Don't blame his wife.

She has a very similar voice to her mum. Especially in her mums younger years.

The chemistry is boiling over in Darker and Freed...that is what I saw when they were filming...I was right there and saw it all.....I did..I really did.

I think there's plenty of chemistry between them. Given how much the first movie left out of books Jamie wasn't given a lot to work with, but if the 2nd is as good as the trailer I think that problem will be fixed.

The only real problem I had with the movie is the he way he kisses her. I understand he was being super gentle after finding out she was a virgin but when she gets back from Georgia, that kiss was not even the smallest bit passionate and it was supposed to be. I don't think the MPAA has a problem with showing some tongue and he never does that. I don't know if he just can't kiss or if he was trying not to upset his wife.

As I said in a different thread, she's trying to give him what he wants -a submissive. When she walks out, all bets are off and she stops trying to be something she's not.

Christian doesn't do romance, doesn't understand what it means. he undergoes some massive changes in the next two books. I loved the "take "me off" line he says to her at the Club he takes her to celebrating her promotion. The look on both their faces is classic.

As much as I would love a Jamie Dornan voice for Siri, I just don't think I could afford it. I'd probably be constantly asking him questions of a sexual nature while driving, causing untold damage to other vehicles in the process. I might even run over a poor squirrel, causing him to lose his nuts--and let me tell you something. There's nothing sadder than a squirrel with no nuts at Christmas time .

Sure Irish Jamie is lovely, American Jamie is a snoozefest, the reason the squirrel lost his nuts was because you fell asleep at the wheel!
