Is anyone making creative, hot, erotic D&S, S&M, B&D and B films?

I think it was easier to say film makers were making erotic films in the 70s because they were breaking taboos. But since then, and especially recently, and specifically BD and SM, it's only been 9 1/2 Weeks, Secretary and Lars von Trier's Nymphomaniac Vol. I & Vol. II. I can't think of any others, and all three of those films were about dysfunctional people. A creative, intense, intelligent, healthy film about people who love B&D and S&M still has not been made. Secretary comes the closest, but strangely is not a very erotic (hot) film, it wasn't going after that, I believe.

There seems to be a social disconnect when it comes to BD, SM, in that, the idea of depicting it in a positive yet very erotic way is not on film makers minds. I believe the public wants it, but why isn't it here? Has anyone even tackled creative and edgy role-play in a positive, fun light?

I don't think anyone in Hollywood has the balls to make a movie like that.

I agree, but why? 50 Shades made a laughable version from a pathetic fan fiction book, yet they're laughing all the way to the bank.

Such a pity, I miss seeing movies that stunned me, even really turned me on.

Passengers was a great and romantic film for me that is. The Witch scared me to the point of nightmares.

Um because if you wanted it to be depicted as normal and with 2 consenting mentally stable people then they would have to say porn is no longer "bad" lol but porn is where it is because its porn the day Hollywood starts using leaked celebs naked photos under positive light then you'll get your wish
