Are there movies like this but with a woman as the dominant one?

OP is right, Femdom is the last taboo. I remember a Psychology Today magazine survey about 15 years ago asking for the male fantasy favorite rating. Number one was having sex with a stranger, and number two was male submissive to a female, femdom.

No. Everything is femdom.
When it's a Female Hero they are always beating up hordes of males.
Females dominating females is more rare

That is not femdom. Female heroes kicking butt is only ever one of two things: a genuine effort to balance out male and female heroes without a feminist agenda, or just feminist propaganda. But that kind of fantasy action does not even remotely satisfy one's desire to be dominated by women. I don't picture myself as a mercenary/gang member/Orc/whatever, and if I were to fantasize about attacking some chick before being swiftly killed by her, that definitely wouldn't excite me.

A movie about Danai Gurira keeping Danial Radcliffe in a cage (or perhaps Devon Aoki keeping Jesse Eisenberg in a cage) until he's been trained as her sex slave, now that would be right up my alley!

Yeah, but they almost never replace the male villains with females.
They typically make it a female against male baddies. (yawn) I say if they flip the gender they should flip both. I prefer female grunts getting dominated.

The Scandanavian tv series "Dicte" has an episode in which this is explored---and Dicte comes to understand the domination dynamic after seeing some of it in action.

She comes to some interesting conclusions as it pertains to women exercising the role of dom.

I remember when HBO used to have a show called Real Sex...on late at night, and covered all kinds of sexual fetishes...a few were on the BDSM subject and Dominants, male and female...didn't appeal to me at all...but whatever floats your boat.
