Hey, pretty enjoyable series. There was a scene where Mick was chained up to a fence in what seemed like his cave/shed area. What was this about? He seemes to be hand cuffed to it. Also, there was no conclusion/escape for the poor diner girl, she was left tied up in there!

shareI think that was supposed to make the viewer think that he was the one tied up - that maybe Eve had caught him.
He might have just been impersonating his victim who was tied up in the same way. Maybe daydreaming and imagining what it would be like to be one of his victims? Maybe some masochism at work?
I was wondering about that; it seemed to be a dream-like sequence, maybe in the girl's head, imagining what she was going to do to him? Maybe this scene was included to give the viewer some assurance he was finally going to get his comeuppance.
