Will it get renewed?

CBS is in the process of renewing some shows.

I thought it was a pretty good show but tvbythenumbers said it is likely to be cancelled, along with some other good ones like Pure Genius and The Odd Couple, Criminal Minds Beyond Borders probably won't get a third season either. Conviction was cancelled very early too. For medical shows we still have Chicago Med and The Night Shift.

..bummer. It's the only medical show I like. The Night Shift I did not care for, I didn't find any of the characters likable - and then there is Grey's Anatomy that usually has good cases but is "too emotional" meaning it's too much on the characters love lives. If Code Black does get canned I guess I'll give Chicago Med a try.

Code Black has just been renewed. Surprising, it was expected to be cancelled. Tvbythenumbers' renewal/cancellation predictions are way off this year.

That is surprising. But I don't think the predictions are way off. CBS was all over the place though. I thought Code Black, Elementary, Quantico were all goners and they all got renewed.
