How would Millennials feel about a movie like ANIMAL HOUSE?

Let's assume that hit 1978 comedy were made and released today. Different cast (of course) but same exact script and same exact setting -- a rowdy fraternity in the early 1960s.

How would it be received by young people?

Do you think they would love it as much as the under-25's loved it in1978?

Or would it be rejected?

It would probably bomb. It's not "ironic" enough. Although I'm a millennial, and to this day nothing comes close to Animal House. Now I want to watch it. Wish I watched that instead of this piece of *beep*

Agree that it would bomb, but not for a lack of irony. It would bomb because millennials would find it racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, misogynistic, and bigoted.
