I like Season 2. Episode 1 - kudove
I like the premiere of season 2. We were left to assume after last season finale Alex will go work for CIA alone, but I like the twist that Ryan was recruited too and both are undercover. They make a good team and have chemistry. And I'm glad Ryan shaved that big distracting beard, and looks like he used to in early season 1.
I got used to the new cast, and liked seeing the old ones interact. Caleb is gone but hope he will be seen again in guest role. Matthew Keyes, Julia and Owen Hall are good and strong in their authority roles. The writer guy with glasses Jeremy Miller reminded me of Edward Snowden the former CIA/NSA agent who ran to Russia after leaking information (who also wear glasses) I'm curious why Jeremy is alive even though Alex said she killed him before. And the way he jumped out the window like some superhero who can't die.
Citizen Liberation Front/masked Rogue anarchists: I really like their all black getup and masks. It added impact to their screen presence and bad guys vibe. And speaking Swahili adds to the strangeness. Their demands to pardon and free people who had been prosecuted for doing wrong things made me think of Edward Snowden situation again. The whole scenes holding them as hostages had tension and suspense. The ending with first lady was shocking, but goes with what we been seeing from terrorists.
Loved Raina's entry into the hall in that white and cream outfit talking to Ryan, and how she was the translator. I like that the show write 'past' and 'present' time on screen now cause some people get confused. The music played fits the vibe of the show too. I look forward to more episodes and how the story unfold.
