need help following close of s2e3 to start of s2e4

At the close of last week, Ryan forced a fight with one of the guards that I thought was the disguised Alex and she was caught. This latest episode, Alex is still loose within the terrorists as one of them. What did I miss?

I have to agree with you.

I'm watching season 2 episode 4 now and I actually had to google the episode list to make sure I didn't skip over one! I was so confused.
