Geez the inexplicable things from just this episode

This show has its problems. I totally agree. But some of these have explanations:

Miranda asks SHelby to go home to get her pesonal laptop, but somehow that computer got infected!?!? How exactly? Ohh she had a hard copy in her safe so whatever.

I thought Miranda kept destroying the computers (with a virus) because she didn't want the information getting out. She wasn't actually happy there was a hard copy in the safe.

THen when the earpiece has intereference, they don't even consider fault equipment, which is what's actually the problem 99% of the time and go straight to, the AIC must've caught on by now!!! RIGHT!!

They probably tested the equipment before deploying it...

And how in the world does Alex just find more mask and gear?? Why are there extra one's lying around? These terrorists bring extra clothes in case theirs get stained??

The terrorists did bring extra masks and gear. They showed this in episode 2 (I think it was 2). They brought extra outfits so they could dress hostages up as terrorists. Alex found the box of the extra outfits in the same episode they showed the audience.

Ad after Alex manages to elude them for who knows how long, they just allow 1 person to walk her to wherever she was going to shoot her. Didn't they behead some major official earlier? Now they're afraid of letting the hostages see someone get shot?Give me a break.

Agreed about this being stupid - UNLESS it has to do with the First Lady being a legitimate target for whatever the AIC is up to, and them not wanting to kill "good" agents they don't need to. Of course, this rests on the hope that the woman who held a gun on Alex wouldn't have tried to kill her, but that's totally unlikely, which is why this is likely your only valid complaint.
