Shelby?

In this past episode, it seemed like Shelby didn't suspect/know Miranda was acting against the FBI's interest (or seemed to be). But didn't she conclude that Miranda was the problem in the episode a few weeks back, when she didn't give Miranda the last copy of that document she had worked on?

Also, What was that scene near the end where Shelby, Ryan, and Raina are in the room, Alex leaves after their meeting but asks if Ryan is coming, and they close the door? Were we supposed to know what that meant? I know they were making Shelby's cover; but Ryan wouldn't need to be there for that.

There are other inconsistencies in things in the episode as well (no mention of the twins reveal?). Other people thought that possibly this episode is aired or edited out of order.

Yes, I wondered about that reveal about the twins as well; but they seem to be alternating between subplots, not just in this instance. It's gone on for a several weeks now. I really think they pack too much in to really make sense.

I doubt that it aired out of sequence; but it could definitely be sloppy editing. My understanding is they basically film one episode at a time; but with all the flashbacks and such, I guess it's possible they have all kinds of footage and various scenes could be edited out of sequence. It wouldn't be the first time I've noticed something like that happening.

To answer the second question, Alex was asking if Shelby was coming but you can see Shelby gave up on Alex and decided to work with Nimah. Earlier in the episode Nimah told Shelby if she were to contact this guy, forgot his name, that she is officially working under Nimah.
