Another baffling episode post-thanksgiving

A few more things that made no sense standing out from this past episode.

Another pointless "lesson" at the Farm. They just outdo themselves each week. Make up some cover story your family will believe? Unless they told them they're at the Farm, then don't they have some cover story already? Then cut ties with someone who's always on your case because they care about you probably?? What's the point of that? And none of them are even shown performing the tasks. Was I also supposed to be hit with the feels when the daughter walks out on Blair Underwood after telling him how he got exposed?

Then cut back to present time, Alex and gang are in the bunker. They her some noise outside and then Alex somehow knows "they're gone." She have X-Ray vision or something??
Then they take a stroll in the building find some other room to hide, then decide to go up through the ventilation. That's the oldest trick in the book,but someone had to pass it off as a "crazy" idea.

Then it gets sillier when they drop the propane, and that other guy has to double back. Alex and Sebastian proceed to some rooftop,outdoor access area. Then in the snap of the finger they're at street level!!! How did they get down?? Even crazier, the guy who doubled-back finds the blowtorch and somehow reconnects with them? How did he know to go to the street? Then the guy/girl who got left behind somehow get out to the streets too, after the bunker gets blown up!??!WHAT!??!!

And when did Ryan and those 2 other people get phones to follow orders? I must've missed that and have no idea what that's about.
