Dayana self harming by pouring boiling water over her hand. As a character she's obviously got a lot of issues which we will hopefully learn more about. I've self harmed in the past by cutting but was still uncomfortable watching her pour boiling water onto herself.

Yeah and that was the episode she was tortured. I have a theory that she is AIC and can't really feel pain. That's why she didn't flinch with the boiling water. Maybe she "pretended" to be in pain while being tortured
