Chopra's features are partly the result of extensive plastic surgery. She was a natural beauty who's somewhat less so now.
My beauty is Nimrat Kaur (although I have huge soft spot for Tabu from Life of Pi).
You know something really funny about Archie Panjabi - especially given the roles she played ? She had an arranged marriage to somebody her parents selected - they're still together.

Dilshad Vadsaria is India merely by descent. She is a Pakistani by birth and American by upbringing. By your logic, all the Americans are really just Europeans.
Priyanka Chopra is a true blue Indian star. She was born and raised here(apart from a couple years in US), she's an Army kid, won the Miss World title for India, and is a very established and loved actress in India.
We are comparing shades of gorgeousness here. Priyanka was a natural beauty. Don't know why she did so much plastic surgery as she, IMHO, is a little less attractive now. But she is still very pretty.
Dilshad is beautiful as are all the other women named. All subjective.
For me as I think more about it, it will be Tabu even at 44 still amazingly beautiful.
