I'm confused as to why everybody seems so confused.

There are parts that seem a little confusing, but the storyline is fast paced, and you can't take your eyes off while watching. The flashbacks serve to help the viewer understand the relationship between the agents, their individual characters, and the actions of the characters. It is how you "get to know these people":) Anyway, I thought the ending was quite a twist. Poor Ryan was set-up and blackmailed and now is having to go to the "other side" in order to stay alive. I don't know how he will be able to make Alex understand. The guessing is made so difficult because it is so difficult to know who to trust...and it is the same for the characters in the story. And that is another thought...this is just a TV show. It continues to draw me in, although it is apparently difficult for some who are commenting.

Well at least you're not being condescending about it...

Not at all. She/he seemed so humble...

reply

No, no. I'm trying to be helpful. I wish everyone was enjoying it as I do. Thanks.

That's not helpful. That's condescending.

It's really necessary that you don't take your eyes off of it:) I really do find it interesting, although I have to say I get frustrated trying to figure all of this out! But, that is one of the major draws. Glad you are enjoying it, also. I'm looking forward to January. Enjoy!

I'm confused about certain portions of the story, but I saw that ending coming from a mile away. As soon as they showed the "biggest betrayal of them all" on the commercial for the Winter finale, I knew exactly what the betrayal was going to be and who was going to be behind the mask. The minute Ryan went missing, without an explanation, and nobody brought it up I knew it was him. There were clues everywhere. So for someone who doesn't understand how people are confused, I'm surprised that you thought the ending was a twist.

I'm surprised at the number of people confused by show as well. And I did see the plot twist ryan when he went "missing" (didn't see the commercials but Rayna even says they are switching out terrorists and then he goes missing).

I realized after reading some of the posts that I do watch it like constantly and with the closed captioning on so I don't miss anything. Last week I was trying to multitask while I watched and I ended up having to rewind so much cause I realized I wasn't paying attention.

I was kinda surprised by Nima but I was wondering where she was all this time and if they didn't explain I figured she was one of them.

So here's what I am confused about (but that's because it hasn't been revealed yet/plot holes):

- Pretty sure Ryan told Nima and Shelby he got tapped before he got the guy, and Leon showed up to Shelly's with blood. How is it in the present they were "hunting ghosts" like you would think Shelly's white paper would have that Leon should at least be expected to be a terrorist.

- How this group got Miranda & Nima to join (my guess is its because of her son which I still don't think we know if he lived or died?)

- Is VP Hass involved? It makes sense but this seems like an awful lot of work to be president (and she's awful but I don't think she's that evil).

- They killed the event planning girl -why? There were like 6 of them talking and she's the only one that got killed. I get it was a scare tactic for the rest but it never made real sense to me (more for.shock factor). Also I'm annoyed she died in the present and then just disappeared in the past. I know they did that in S1 but it's silly. And they mentioned her room was vacant (that's where Sebastian slept) but didn't even mention she really left or why.

- I think Lydia will make a reappearance and help save the day. (Not a question really :) )

- So my thought and maybe Alex says this in the commercial But what if the terrorists are the good guys, but then they've killed all those people so idk how that plot twist would work out.

So any thoughts?

Maybe there's something I don't get, but Nima said that she isn't one of them. Can that mean that they are trying to take down The rouge CIA tops?

It's a clear connection to the end of Season 1. Claire Haas is behind it all. Who became President based on all this chaos? Her. She probably has something on Miranda or brainwashed her, then trickle down effect and voila.
