Editing digital maps does not change paper version
In last night's episode, JMPLAM, Miranda said that {a hacker who's name I forget} scrubbed a tunnel from maps so it could be used as a backup escape route that the authorities wouldn't know about. Feds and the military wouldn't solely rely on computer-based maps of service tunnels and such. They'd get the most recent hard copies available from contractors, DPW, local emergency agencies, and city planners.
