Self-aware Ridiculousness
Part of the appeal is the movies know they are ridiculously cheesy and unrealistic. I feel for those that aren't aware of this.
shareI just read a post on the JW1 board where someone said they "couldn't get into it" because the movie never explained exactly why John was so skilled and capable.
