So can you drag someone off continual ground and then kill them?

I imagine it's like The Highlander canon where, it's not only that killing is against the rules, it's violence in general. So dragging someone against their will outside would also break the Continental rule I imagine.

Ye you are not allowed to do business... dragging someone out and then killing them would definitely be against the rules.
