The lead guy is SUCH a bad actor!

The guy who plays Carnahan is one of the worst lead actors I've seen. Wooden face, monotone dialog delivery... that guy seriously cannot act.

I've noticed that too. I'm watching episode 3 and he's been acting the same since the beginning in 3 different scenes with 3 various types of conversation and confrontation. He's trying so much to convey the Alpha male "I'm in charge guys" that it becomes laughable. The 2nd Alpha male in the Cordon is not better and watching him hanging around with his tight and/or sweaty tshirt is rather amusing.

You're only as good as the material you're given. He's got talent but the writing isn't that good.

He's got no talent whatsoever. Just watch the episode where his girlfriend calls him and is screaming for help, he hears some sort of tussle/thud/screaming- just look at his expression. Blank. For all he knows she could be getting killed and he's just....blank.

Ugh.

I feel like he's doing his best Denzel impersonation. He's still about a billion times better than the guy playing Jake, wow just awful LOL but both pale in comparison to the awfulness that is Katie....wow this is the worst show ever haha

ps I love how Jake has burned countless bodies, seen 1st hand more than most how devastating this thing is, yet DOESN'T COVER HIS FACE WHEN HIS COP FRIEND IS BLEEDING OUT OF HIS EYES lol just cough in my mouth, no biggie
