crappy job where they are ripping him off?
I know his probation people want him to prove he is working but cant he become the farm manager and draw a wage from that? He's gonna get in all sorts of trouble if he stays at the warehouse or factory whatever it is. He belongs on the farm. I am really invested in this story its beautifully done can't wait for the next episode.

He really has no clue what he's doing - he would bankrupt the farm, and have no money sources. Seems like his dad didn't teach him the business.
shareI agree that it seems Ralph isn't experienced. He's going to need a lot of guidance. He also shouldn't be pushed aside though. Obviously Charley is experienced in business. Hopefully he won't catch any charged before things are settled. Only saying that because what we saw in a split second before last episode ended. Stay outta trouble Ralph Angel!
