Exclusive - Rutina Wesley gives a breakdown of her character Nova

I agree! I loved Rutina Wesley in True Blood. She was beautiful before but the natural hair makes her look stunning.

the producers probably highlighted Rutina's appearance because she's more well known due to True Blood. She's not the central character in this ensemble, but she's probably the most recognizable. Her role (although not the absolute main role of the first few episodes) was probably more fitting to her as an actor than Charley's was. Better cast as Nova.
And, honestly, I don't really think the audience is "supposed" to cheer on the side chick relationship. It is a part of the story that makes up the story. We're left as a thinking & feeling audience to govern how we feel about the whole thing. I think you're doing just that, seems like what the producers ultimately want... not some blind cheer for the side chick.

Do we see more of her character now? I just got into the show and am only on episode 3, but I feel like I only see more of Charley and Ralph Angel.
