She caught feelings and wanted to be more and when Davis shared her w/the homies she had to face the hard cold facts of what she really was to him, got hurt and cried rape in anger. Just MY take on the whole thing.

Another theory that i think is that she and Davis are involved deeply - and in order to avoid paying out 1/2 his money to Charley in a divorce, Davis has this prostitute fake like she's extorting him. only to end up walking away with Davis and the money in the end, and his reputation remains clear

Even if the charges are dropped against him, everyone's already seen him carrying her into the room and made up their minds. He's sullied.
Consider his age in the game; his value is his experience and leadership. Carrying that hooker into a room full of men, he's thrown his reputation and bargaining leverage away. With all the headaches young players bring, no one wants that kind of leadership on their team.
@TopShelf - true true, too much could go wrong in a scenario like that. To me, Davis seems more complicit with the hooker than it seems. She was too comfortable refusing the 500K, too comfortable demanding the 3 mil, and too comfortable asking what Charley knew about her own husband.

@shane - haha, yes my theory (while creative) was farfetched, i do appreciate the vote of confidence that the plot line could make sense... I too feel there's gonna be a curve ball involving Davis and this chick. We shall see!
