How does Nova and Charley happen to have different Mothers?
Was there a death, or was Daddy fooling around? Did they ever address this...I'm a new fan.

If you watch the hurricane episode this comes out when Aunt Vi talks to Nova about "messing w/someone else's husband". She asks Nova if she's forgotten the hurt and pain her father put her mother through by messing around w/Charley's mother.
