Can anyone tell me what was in the pouch they sewed into the casket?

I assumed it was a mojo bag or gris-gris since the funeral home director said he didn't allow that stuff in his place of business. The show is set in Louisiana so she was giving her father a voodoo/hoodoo charm of protection/favor in the afterlife.
