Otto said that a couple of times in the finale last night. i'm confused. when did he keep her from dying?

oh my duh! i feel completely idiotic! LOL. i totally forgot about Mary's dying/blood transfusion gig. i feel silly that i forgot that.

OTTO should have built Pritchard in secret, and put his special blood into a penis pump in his testicles, so that Mary would have had to have sex with Otto in order to get the regeneration serum pumped into her.
